-
1.New admission can be done by submitting required documents & the admission fee fixed by the school in full.
-
2.Re-admission can be made only after the requisite re-admission fee is paid in full.Re-admission
cannot be made and the student’s name will not be reflected in the attendance register of the next
higher class until and unless the fees are paid in full.
-
3.Monthly dues including the hostel dues/transport dues, if any, for a particular month , must have to
be paid in the month itself only.
If it remains unpaid till the next month,a fine of Rs 25/ has to be paid along with the fees.
If the fees are not paid in the second month, the name of the student will be struck off from the
attendance register. In case of a hosteler, the student will not be allowed food in hostel from the third
month and if one uses transport, he/she will not be allowed to come on school bus.All these can be
resumed only after all the dues are cleared along with a re-admission fee of Rs 100/ only.If one’s
name is struck off from attendance register for non-payment of dues,he/she will not be allowed to sit
for exams held in that period until dues are cleared.
-
4.If one wants to opt for either hostel or transport,he/she has to give such option in writing and will
have to pay one month’s due in advance as security money that will be adjusted in the last month of
the academic year.
If one wants not to stay in hostel for more than 15 days on health or other such emergency
reason, then a written request must be given to principal in advance for permission,so that the dues
for food for that period will be exempted. However one is not permitted to ask for permission for
break in use of transport on any ground. As the management has decided to charge transport fees for
11 months only because of holidays in between,no break will be allowed.
These rules must be strictly adhered to and parents are requested to co-operate.
